G.Composites was born from the experience of a highly specialized team in the composite materials sector. Over time, it has developed transversal skills that allow it to face complex projects with a practical and solution-oriented approach.

Who we are
G.Composites was born and has grown in the composite materials market thanks to an experienced, close-knit team that has, over the years, turned solid technical expertise into a point of reference for companies across many different sectors. We don’t simply manufacture parts: we build tailor-made solutions, supporting the client from the design phase right through to the finished product.
We believe a company’s true value lies in its people. That’s why we invest continuously in training our staff, both internally and externally, keeping our team’s professionalism high and its ability to tackle a wide range of technical challenges, case by case.
Our technologies
We manufacture GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastics) products using several different processing techniques, chosen according to the product’s characteristics and the client’s requirements:
- RTM – Resin Transfer Moulding: resin injection, in its various forms:
- Direct injection
- Low-pressure injection
- Vacuum-assisted injection
- HLU – Hand Lay Up: manual contact lamination
- SU – Spray Up: simultaneous spray lamination
Complete systems, not just moulding
What sets us apart is our ability to deliver “complete systems”: we don’t stop at moulding the part, we follow the entire production process, including often complex downstream operations:
- Assembly of parts
- Post-curing treatments
- Surface treatment, priming and painting
- Finishing
We also design and build the assembly jigs needed to ensure the precision and repeatability required for each component, along with all the accessory parts a project may call for.
